"I am still deciding which is better in the coffee stakes. The local "Backwoods" was sublime, have a little left so will taste side by side. The Mexican I really think pips it. It is like a well aged red. Great aroma, grinding releases a "wow" moment. It wins as a Ristretto, smooth and wonderful. As Tristan my son said recently the coffee is just so good, he wonders how good coffee can get! Like all things in life, there is always more discovery."
